Storyline

• Feeling trapped in Sandusky, Ohio, Gypsy and Clive survive on black velvet, heavy eyeliner, and the haunting music of Bauhaus and The Cure . Others see them as oddities; to each other, they are everything. When they discover "Night of a Thousand Stevies"—an iconic New York City event celebrating Stevie Nicks —Clive urges Gypsy to finally step into the spotlight and share her hidden singing voice. Eager for change, the two dream-chasing best friends pile into a beat-up 1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am and flee their small town.
