Storyline

• Madrid, Spain. With a heavy duffel bag crammed with parcels of stolen club drugs in her hand and a deep stab wound on her thigh, audacious go-go dancer Lucía flees a mafia-run nightclub. Lucía, however, stands no chance of fooling her vicious employers. Now, with the venue's murderous gangsters hot on her trail, she has no choice but to swallow her pride to reunite with her sister Rocío and young niece Alba. But the estranged relatives already have enough on their plate. After all, they live in the decrepit Venus Building, South Villaverde's creepy, rumour-filled apartment complex. Stuck together for the white-knuckle night, will the incidental roommates survive Lucía's grave mistake and the old building's occult secret? — Nick Riganas
