    Plot Summary

    • Swarna (Samantha Ruth Prabhu) and her husband, Dr. Anirudh (Diganth Manchale), travel to his family's village after eloping and staying away for years. Anirudh prepares to face his father, Ramaiah Raju (Anand), while Swarna hopes that the family will accept her despite having grown up in an orphanage without knowing her parents or experiencing family life. The family receives them with restraint. Anirudh's grandmother, Anirudh's Grandmother (Sri Lakshmi), his mother Kamakshi (Gautami), and other relatives are present in the household. Swarna is questioned about her background, her parents, and her caste as she adjusts to the family's customs. The family frequently compares her with Anasuya (Sreemukhi), who is regarded as the ideal daughter in law because of her cooking and ability to follow household traditions.Swarna hides that she cannot cook according to the family's expectations and asks her friend Kiranmayi (Manjusha Mukkavilli) to prepare the meals. Kiranmayi agrees to help, allowing Swarna to present the food as her own. Swarna continues trying to become part of the household while the family prepares for the wedding of Anirudh's sister Shravani (Aryan Ippili) and Prakash (Hruday Raghav).During the family's stay in the village, a stranger recognizes Swarna and begins following her. A group of men then pursues her through the area. Swarna confronts the attackers alone, using her fighting skills to defeat them while keeping the encounters hidden from Anirudh and the rest of the family. The situation changes when one of the attackers dies inside the family home. Swarna and Kiranmayi hide the body, fearing that the discovery will expose the truth about Swarna and threaten the acceptance she has found.Earlier, Swarna's past is revealed. She grew up in an orphanage where she faced exploitation and later escaped. She found work at a lodge, where she was again harmed by a man in a position of authority. Swarna killed him while defending herself. After this incident, she came into contact with Karuna (Gulshan Devaiah), a leader in a Naxalite movement. Karuna gave her shelter, protection, and a new identity as Jansi. Within the organization, Swarna trained under Karuna and developed advanced fighting abilities while becoming involved with the group's activities.Over time, the movement changed from its original purpose. Karuna began accepting payment for killings, including targets who were not involved in political conflicts. Swarna rejected the direction the group had taken and provided information that led to Karuna's arrest. She left the organization, adopted the name Swarna, and began a new life. She later met Anirudh and married him.Karuna remains imprisoned until he escapes from custody. Inmates including Inmate (Vamsi Nanduri), Inmate (Kalyan Chakravarthy Nandamuri), and Inmate (Arjun Ravan) are present among those connected to his imprisonment. The escape leads to renewed efforts to find Swarna, with Sharath (Chaitanya Krishna) and others connected to Karuna's network appearing around the village. Police figures including DSP (Nalla Sreedhar Reddy Gabbar) and Jail Constable (Raj Sudhan) are connected to the events surrounding the prison escape.Karuna directs his followers toward Swarna because he believes she cannot escape the person she once was. He intends to reveal her past to the family and destroy the life she has built. Swarna continues protecting the household while keeping her history hidden. As Karuna's group approaches the family home, Swarna decides to tell Anirudh the truth. She reveals her past as Jansi, her connection to Karuna's movement, the violence she committed, and the reasons she left that life behind. Anirudh is affected by the fact that she kept this part of herself hidden, but he remains with her.Swarna then tells the rest of the family about her past. Ramaiah Raju listens as she describes her childhood, her experiences in the orphanage, the violence she survived, and the choices she made while trying to protect herself. The family accepts her rather than rejecting her.Karuna arrives at the family home for the final confrontation. Ramaiah Raju gives Swarna a weapon, and the family stands with her as she faces Karuna. Swarna fights alongside the family instead of hiding her abilities. She tells Karuna that his life has been built through fear, while she has built relationships through sacrifice and loyalty.Karuna is killed, and Buchiraju (Srinivas Gavireddy) and the remaining associates are defeated. The threat to the family ends. The wedding of Shravani and Prakash takes place in the village. Swarna remains with Anirudh and his family, accepted as a member of the household while openly living with the truth of her past.
