Director Jeethu Joseph conceived the film's ending first — it was the very first thing he shared with Mohanlal when discussing a third installment. The actor loved the climax so much that he immediately encouraged Joseph to build the entire film around it.
Principal photography began on September 22, 2025 with a traditional pooja ceremony at Sree Narayana Law College in Poothotta, and wrapped on December 2, 2025 — a remarkably tight schedule for a major franchise film. Filming took place across four Kerala locations: Thodupuzha, Vagamon, Ernakulam, and Thiruvalla.
