Alien Intrusion: Unmasking a Deception(2018)

Plot Summary

• Although the premise of this film will sit uncomfortably with some, it is strongly evidence-based and uses a plethora of secular and even Christian researchers to investigate the nature of UFO sightings and alleged abductions. It commences by agreeing that people are indeed seeing physics-defying craft and having experiences with real entities, and that this has been occurring for generations, although changing its form over that time. The implausibility of interstellar travel is discussed using Ph.D. scientists including a former NASA rocket scientists, and the effects on biological organisms undertaking such alleged trips. Quite a bit of historical footage is used including government researchers like Dr J. Allen Hynek, Jacques Vallee, and world-renowned abductions researchers like Dr John Mack, Dr David Jacobs and Budd Hopkins. The author and producer of this movie also wrote one of the Amazon best-selling books on the subject.Concluding that regardless of any religious persuasions, most serious UFOlogists (and not the bench-warming garden variety that believes science fiction/Star Trek is real), confirm that the phenomenon is not coming to us from a galaxy far, far away, but that it is actually coexisting with us on a spiritual plane. When Harvard researchers, and current History Channel experts confirm this, it is unwarranted for some to dismiss the evidence because it is an inconvenient or uncomfortable truth for them. based upon their own religious disagreement. Despite 80 years worth of investigations and data, if there is an answer why has it been so difficult to conclusively prove? Because as Dr McCoy might say "It's life, but not life as we know it." This is one of the few movies to not play the Hollywood game with a conventional interpretation of the genre. Production values are high and visually it was interesting despite being comprised of lots of interviews with scientists and UFO/abduction researchers. The conclusion will not sit well with some despite over 400 abduction cases being halted in the manner that the movie describes. As noted, evidence speaks louder than words!
