Sarah Jones is an actor best known for her recurring roles on such television and cable series as J.J. Abrams’s Alcatraz (2012), Vegas (2012-2013), Damnation (2017-2018), For All Mankind (2019-2021), and has also starred or played supporting roles in movies, starting with her feature debut in director/writer/producer/star Shane Woodson’s indie Los Angeles comedy, Cain and Abel (2006), with Terrence Flack, Flavor Flav and Bridget Powers, and released by Maverick Entertainment Group.

Jones was then cast in director/writer Eric Nazarian’s multi-ethnic Los Angeles drama, The Blue Hour (2007), with Alyssa Milano, Emily Rios, Clarence Williams III, Yorick van Wageningen, Derrick O’Connor, and Karen Kondazian, and which premiered in competition at the San Sebastian Film Festival.

Jones starred in director/co-writer Shaun Lapacek’s Apocalyptic sci-fi drama, Red & Blue Marbles (2011), co-starring William Sadler, Lin Shaye, Ruby Dee, Tessa Thompson, Gbenga Akinnagbe, and co-written by Ian Keiser. Jones co-starred with Tom Everett Scott in the drama, 2nd  Take (2011), with Josh Zuckerman, Patty McCormack, and Lee Tergesen under John Suits’s direction, and produced by Cross Creek Pictures/The Storage Picture.

Sarah Jones co-starred with Neal McDonough in director/co-writer/producer Jon Avnet’s contemporary Western, The Last Rodeo (2025), with Mykelti Williamson, Christopher McDonald, and Daylon Swearingen, and released wide by Angel Studios.

Sarah Jones was born and raised in Winter Springs, Florida, by her parents Nancy and Tim. Jones has had relationships with indie rock singer-songwriter Cary Brothers and with actor Theo Rossi. Jones’s height is 5’ 3”.
