Paul Wong Kwan was a member of the Jackie Chan Stunt Team. He started out as a stuntman and having a few small roles in movies by the famous Hong Kong studio Shaw Brothers, before joining the JC Stunt Team. He featured in over fifty movies and worked on many as an action director up until the early 90s, before he seemed to disappear from the industry, only re-appearing as an assistant fight choreographer on Ash Is Purest White (2018). One of his most prominent onscreen roles was as the owner of the Wai Yee martial arts school in The Young Master (1980) opposite Jackie Chan.
