Paul Battle

Paul Battle is a Seoul-based, Canadian actor and producer known for Hunt (2022), You Are My Spring (2021), and Mouse (2021) . He cut his acting teeth doing hundreds of episodes in educational TV just as the Korean wave was beginning to swell in the early 2000s. He made the transition to the entertainment industry in the late 2010s, taking on minor roles in Korean dramas and movies, speaking Korean when the role calls for it. Despite his 'dad-smile', he is often cast in political thrillers as a senior official. As a creative producer he has numerous credits for shows made in Korea, including Reset (written and directed), a web series, and several award-winning shorts all shot with an international cast in English. Paul is the founder and president of Big Meta Films, a production company based in Seoul.
