Olly Sholotan

Recently starring in Peacock's hit series Bel-Air as Carlton Banks, Olly Sholotan is developing a career that reflects the breadth of this personhood - his Nigerian heritage, his Texas city roots, his commitment to excellence within his craft. Rooted in storytelling and expanding his reach into music and fashion, his grounded spirit allows him to connect to those around him regardless of medium. In a world where people seek to highlight the complexity of their difference, Olly instead leans into the innate connection he finds within every space and story he exists in.

He appeared in the 2020 Venice International Film Festival selection, "Run Hide Fight" as well as "Gigi & Nate" penned by David Hudgins ("Friday Night Lights") for director Nick Hamm ("Driven") opposite Marcia Gay Harden, Josephine Langford, Diane Ladd and Jim Belushi.

Sholotan trained out of the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television and a Houston, Texas Native, Olly is an alum of the Kinder High School for Performing and Visual Arts as well as a 2015 YoungArts finalist in theater.
