Miriam A. Hyman

Miriam A. Hyman is an American actress. She was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and raised in Philadelphia. Hyman is a BFA graduate from University of the Arts and a MFA graduate from the Yale School of Drama. From bringing diverse, impactful characters to life on the screen and stage, to writing and recording brazen, vulnerable hip-hop lyrics, award-winning actress/lyricist Hyman aka Robyn Hood has emerged in the entertainment industry as a powerful force to be reckoned with. She's a recipient of both the prestigious Princess Grace Award and Leonore Annenberg Fellowship for Performing Arts. In television this year, Hyman lit up screens as the new US Attorney, Stacy Marks on Starz's latest hit new series Power Book IV: Force(renewed for a 3rd season) as well as returning for season 6 as Dre in Showtime's critically acclaimed series "The Chi".
