Manav made his acting debut in Hindi cinema with fantasy film 'Jajantaram Mamantaram' in 2003 , and has been lauded for his performance as a right-wing politician in the Gujarat - based Hindi drama 'Kai Po Che!' in 2013 . He was also seen in 'City Lights' in 2014 . His character in 'Tumhari Sulu' opposite Vidya Balan got people talking about the talented actor, in and outside the industry . He was also seen in 'Ghoul' on Netflix opposite Radhika Apte . Manav also had an important role in Sujoy Ghosh's 'Badla' which featured Taapsee and the megastar Amitabh Bachchan. ' He headlined ALT Balaji's 'The Verdict State v/s Nanavati' as Kawas Nanvati and was last seen in a guest appearance in Anubhav Sinha's critically acclaimed film 'Thappad' starring Taapsee.

Manav started this year with Zee5's critically acclaimed film 'Nailpolish'. His performance in the film was widely lauded with many earmarking him as a front runner for acting accolades. He followed it up with Subhash Kapoor's 'Madam Chief Minister' in which he was with Richa Chaddha. He was also seen in "Saina Nehwal Biopic' With Parineeti Chopra. His Last Netflix release "Ajeeb Dastaans" is an Anthology where he proved to be a scene - Stealer and hits the right notes with his strong performance.

His other major release this year is the Netflix Original series 'Finding Anamika' in which he will be seen opposite Madhuri Dixit.
