Linda Powell

Linda Powell is a New York based actress who has appeared on Broadway and off and can be seen in such TV shows as Modern Love, Blind Spot, Bull, House of Cards, Chicago Fire, Madam Secretary, and Law & Order SVU. Her film credits include The Report, The Courtroom, I Think I Love my Wife, and American Gangster. Most recently she enjoyed a long run starring as Neil Diamond's therapist in the Broadway bio-musical "A Beautiful Noise".

An Army brat (she is the daughter of Colin Powell), Linda was born in Ft. Benning, Georgia and grew up on Army bases around the country as well as in the suburbs of Washington, DC depending on where the family was stationed. After attending high schools in Virginia, Colorado, and Kansas she went on to graduate from The College of William and Mary with degrees in English and Theater. She moved to New York soon afterward to attend Circle in the Square Theater School and adopted the city as home.
