Leopold Manswell

Born in Harlem, New York and raised in the Bronx. His television and film credits include: Godfather of Harlem, FBI: Most Wanted, Power, Elementary, Chicago Justice, The Good Fight, The Knick, The Breaks, Person of Interest, Embattled, Chicago PD, and Miss Virginia. Leopold started directing in college, while pursuing a Bachelor's in Journalism. His first short film, The Healing Canvas, tells the story of a young widower mourning the loss of her family during the Christmas holiday. The Healing Canvas was shot on location in the Bronx, Washington Heights, and Westchester County, New York. As of November 2019, Leopold's second short, Breathin' & Swingin', was in production, shooting on location in the Bronx primarily. Although Leopold was raised in the University Heights section of the Bronx, he's also lived in the northern section of the borough as well.
