In early 2022, Laura transitioned from years of dedicated stage work to the exciting realm of screen acting, embracing the challenge enthusiastically and never looking back. Her natural talent for comedy shines through in her performances, yet she harbours a secret passion for historical action-especially the Medieval era. Combining her love for comedy and historical drama remains a dream project for Laura.
Straight out of school and being persuaded to 'get a real job' Laura trained as a Midwife in 2000. Though she never practised, the skills and empathy she gained during her training have enriched her early screen roles, adding depth and authenticity to her characters.
A quintessential Pisces, Laura brings a blend of sensitivity and boundless creative ambition to every project. Her journey in screen acting is fuelled by a big heart and an even bigger passion for storytelling.
