Josh Heuston (birthname: Joshua Heuston) was a successful Instagram and fashion house model (for Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Gucci and David Jones) and music video performer when he began studying acting and was eventually cast as one of Zeus’s “Pretty Boys” in director/writer/actor Taika Waititi’s Marvel Cinematic Universe “Phase Four” sequel, Thor: Love and Thunder (2022), starring Chris Hemsworth, Christian Bale, Tessa Thompson, Jaimie Alexander, Russell Crowe and Natalie Portman, and grossing $761 million for Diseny/Marvel Studios.

Heuston joined the cast of director/writer/producer Jason Stevens’s Australian high school comedy-drama, Finally Me (2023), starring Jazz Laker, Camila Ponte Alvarez, Isabella Bucceri, Tiarnie Coupland, and M.J. Kokolis.

Heuston landed his first co-starring feature role in the Australian-made horror-survival movie, Dangerous Animals (2025), directed by Sean Byrne and co-starring Hassie Harrison, Rob Carlton and Jai Courtney, and which premiered in the competitive selection of Directors’ Fortnight in the Cannes Film Festival before a wide release in the U.S. by the Independent Film Company and Shudder.
