Jay Giannone

Jay Giannone is an award-winning writer, director, and actor. His directorial debut, "It Snows All the Time," received prestigious accolades, including Best Picture at the LA Art House Film Festival and Best Director at the Boston International Film Festival. The film was acquired by Gravitas Ventures.

As an actor, Jay boasts an impressive filmography. His credits include "The Departed," directed by Martin Scorsese; "American Hustle," directed by David O. Russell; "Patriots' Day," directed by Peter Berg; "Gone Baby Gone," directed by Ben Affleck; and the upcoming "The Featherweight," executive produced by Leonardo DiCaprio's company, Appian Way, where Jay also served as executive producer.

In television, Jay has delivered compelling performances in series such as "Scorpion" for CBS, "Rosewood" for Fox, and "The Family Business" for the BET Network, among others.

Jay's slate of films set for release in the coming year includes "Open Wounds," directed by the critically acclaimed Ron Krauss; "Rush," Starring Elijah Wood; "Love Me Dead," starring Dove Cameron; and he is currently shooting "Razor's Edge" starring Tommy Lee Jones.

Hailing from South Boston, Massachusetts, Jay received a firsthand education in acting from his mother, an actress active in local theaters. This rich, early exposure to the performing arts laid the foundation for his dynamic career in the entertainment industry.
