Jason McCrite

Jason McCrite was born and raised in Chandler, AZ. He took his first step toward acting at the age of fifteen when, after attending several musicals, his parents caught him singing in the mirror and encouraged his potential. Singing, dancing, and acting lessons soon led to an appearance in a production of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat", and he was hooked.

After appearing on-stage in several musicals, Jason attended the Academy of the Arts studying vocals and stage performance with the late Dr. Scott L Martin (Coach to Michael Jackson and Barbara Streisand). Upon graduation, he signed with an agent, and roles quickly followed on a dozen Indies including both comedy's The Country Singer and Stay Off The App screening at the Cannes International Film Festival. After his role on director Paul Winter's film, Amber & Grace, Jason was offered a series regular role in his new series Out West.

Recently, Jason played the role of Dave on Camp Pleasant lake with Michael Pera. Jason enjoys sports including Soccer, Basketball, Snowboarding, and running and has fixed up a rental property for fun in Myrtle Beach SC.
