Irene Santiago

Irene Santiago has been cast in notable productions such as High School Musical 1, Iron Man 3, Providence, The Ellen Degeneres Show, SNL, and had worked as a utility actor at the Sundance Institute for 5 years. During her time at Sundance, she was mentored by Robert Redford, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and Joan Darling. Being of Puerto Rican descent, her unique, multicultural look and versatile acting ability have impressed critics and audience members. (Her parents came to Utah from Yabucoa, P.R.). Starting out as a professional dancer/choreographer and singing telegram, she was spotted by a talent agent who saw her telegram act and wanted to represent her. Since then, she has consistently worked in TV, film, multiple commercials, voice-overs, and theatre. Irene enjoys mentoring and teaching acting to at-risk youth and adults with disabilities. She is married to Del Baron, with whom she Co-Executive produced the highly awarded Indie film, Adrenaline. They have 2 children. She is always looking forward to the next role that she can sink her teeth into.
