Hedy Krissane makes his debut as a director in 2003 with the short film "Lebess" Awarded "best film" at Torino Film Festival. In 2005, Krissane directs his second short film "Guilty until proven innocent" awarded "best Italian short" in European Kodak Showcase Cannes 2006. In 2009 the director releases the short films "Somwhere in the city" and "Wax Wings" and in 2011 he directs the feature length comedy "Aspromonte - Tutta un'altra storia" released in Italian movie theaters in January 2013
