Freddie was born in Aldershot on the 2nd August 1982, second youngest out of the four children in his family. Freddie went to Ash Manor School . He also took part in karate lessons from the age of six until he was 12, during this time he won the English nationals.
He then started boxing from the age of 12 until he turned 24 at the Guildford boxing club. Following this he then started cage fighting (MMA) until the age of 25 and was offered professional contracts for both boxing and mma but chose to continue acting.
