Emily Armstrong

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Emily is best known as the lead singer for the rock band, Dead Sara. Formed by Emily and Siouxsie Medley, when Emily was 16 and Siouxsie 15, Dead Sara went on to release an EP in 2008, and a self-titled album, "Dead Sara", in 2012.

Hailed by many as the best female vocalist since Janis Joplin, Emily focused on song-writing and guitar, prior to forming Dead Sara, and didn't come into her own as a singer until about age 15.
