Elizabeth Tabish is an actor best known for her role as Mary Magdalene in the successful Christian-themed TV series, The Chosen (2019-2024). Along with working as a director and producer of short films, Tabish acted in features starting with a supporting role in writer-director Dusty Saunders’ comedy, God is Bad at Bowling (2014). Tabish then joined the ensemble of writer-director Craig S.
Cunningham’s Biblical movie, Genesis (2016), followed by supporting roles in the Brent Ryan Green-directed war film, The Veil (2017), with William Levy, William Moseley, Serinda Swan, and Olympic legend Nadia Comaneci; as well as writer-director Joe McReynolds’ serial killer thriller, Inhumanity (2017), with Darcel Danielle, Diana Rose, and Ford Austin.
Tabish co-starred in the Western indie, Honor Among Thieves (2021), co-starring Thom Hallum, Robert Keith, and Corbett Hall. Elizabeth Tabish then co-starred with Kristoffer Polaha, Neil McDonough, and Sean Astin in the supernatural thriller from writer-director Brock Heasley, The Shift (2023).
Elizabeth Tabish was born in Austin, Texas in 1986, and was raised by parents Jeff and Lisa Tabish. Tabish has a brother, indie rocker Jesse Tabish. Tabish majored in Film Studies at Oklahoma State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Tabish is married to Stan Mayer; the couple has no children. Tabish’s height is 5’ 6”.
