Dionne Quan

Dionne Quan is an Asian-American voice actress from Lexington, Massachusetts. She voiced Kimi from the Rugrats franchise starting with the 2000 film Rugrats in Paris and Trixie Tang from Butch Hartman's The Fairly OddParents franchise, both long running Nicktoons. She also voiced in other cartoons such as Curious George. She is legally blind and her scripts are written in braille.
