Cynthia Wade

Cynthia Wade is a documentary, commercial & fiction director who has won over 50 film awards worldwide, including an Oscar for Freeheld (2008), an Oscar nomination for Mondays at Racine (2013), an Emmy for The Flagmakers (2023), and an Emmy nomination for Grit (2020). She holds an MA in Documentary Film Production from Stanford University. She is a member of DGA and AMPAS, and is represented by WME.
