Catherine Corcoran

Catherine Corcoran made genre film history with her starring roles in Netflix's, 'Terrifier' and Starz/ Troma Entertainment's, award-winning, 'Return to Nuke 'Em High' franchise. Her career also includes starring roles in Amazon Studios feature, 'Long Lost' by Emmy Award-winning director, Erik Bloomquist, Hallmark Channel's 'Last Vermont Christmas' along with a supporting role in 'Chuck' alongside Elizabeth Moss, Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber.

Catherine has guest and co-starred on television series 'Gossip Girl,' 'The Good Wife,' 'MTV Pranks,' and worked under the mentorship of Academy Award recognized directors Peter Jackson ('The Lovely Bones') and Josh Fox ('Gasland'). She has produced and written a variety of narrative and commercial content for organizations such as Emmy Award-winning Silver Sound Studios, Motown Records, Metro Esports, Zeldavision Media, Little Bear Studios and ReKT Global.

She was recognized as 'the first lesbian wedding in France,' by Le Figaro at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival and approaches her work much in the vein of her mentors. Catherine has spoken at The Museum of Modern Art, The Film Society of Lincoln Center, The New York Academy of Dramatic Arts and The Museum of the Moving Image on topics such as Gender Equality, Independent Filmmaking and Shakespearean Satire.
