Andrean Sigurgeirsson

Andrean is an actor, dancer and choreographer of Icelandic and Indonesian descent. Although being born and mostly raised in Iceland he has lived in Indonesia and speaks both languages fluently.

After having to choose between acting or dancing, he started pursuing his dance career at 18 years old after years of martial arts training, specifically Taekwondo. He graduated with a BA degree in contemporary dance from Iceland University of Arts and soon after was signed with the Iceland Dance Company. Since then he has danced on stages all over the world and worked with world renowned choreographers

Andrean has a role in the film The Damned directed by Thordur Palsson. He will also appear in the upcoming TV series The Darkness directed by Lasse Hallström and Terrence Malick's anticipated release, The Last Planet.
